The end of the exclusion period results in automatic reactivation of the affected account. Users may request early termination, subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period after the termination request. During the cooling-off period the account remains in exclusion withdrawal status and no gambling activity may resume until the cooling-off period ends.
At any time, users may set spend, wager, or deposit limits within the account. If a self-imposed limit is exceeded, restrictions on further betting or transactions may apply. Requests to revoke such limits or exclusions may be considered but are at the sole discretion of Bk8. The aim is to prevent escalation of gambling activity during the exclusion period.
All self-exclusion requests are treated with strict confidentiality. Personal information collected for self-exclusion is processed in accordance with Bk8's Privacy Policy and retained only for the period required to administer the exclusion and enforce the measures.
